Working with Cambridge County Council Breadcrumb Media supported a recent Stop Smoking Campaign, #missingmoments with both visuals and social media support.

Stop Smoking Campaign for Cambridge County Council

Problem: To create high impact messages that could be shared across marketing channels to encourage people of all ages to stop smoking
To encourage people of all ages to stop smoking or think twice about starting.
There were 2 measures of success:
1 – Campaign reach through the various channels
2 – Number of requests for a ‘Quit Kit’
The campaign was targeted at all age groups and demographics, so the campaign had to have strong visual impact that influenced all of those target groups.
- To raise awareness of the effects of smoking
- To get people to think twice before they start smoking
- To get people to sign up for the ‘Quit Kit’
First of all we presented a range of visuals that were aimed at different target audiences.
This process was key to defining the final over all campaign. From this a selection of visuals were selected by Cambridge County Council to target the following groups:
- Young People

From this selection a range of media assets were created. This included:
- Social Assets
- Written social content
- Outdoor media
- Twitter images
