JTL Training National Apprenticeship Week 2019

Working with JTL Training, the leading work-based learning training provider, Breadcrumb Media filmed a series of short interviews with young JTL Electrical and Plumbing apprentices across the country.

Company:      JTL Training

Location:        National

Sector:           Training

Problem:        There is the potential for real skill gap in the future, in both electrical and plumbing, if we don’t encourage more people into apprenticeships. JTL are a leading work-based learning provider in the building services engineering sector and are actively working on inspiring young people to learn a trade through apprenticeships.

Goal:  To inspire other young people to take on a similar apprenticeship route.

Challenges:

The campaign was targeted at 16-19 year olds, so the campaign had to inspire that demographic through its content.

Campaign Goals:

  • To inspire young people into apprenticeships
  • To promote the campaign message “Be a part of the bigger picture… with a JTL apprenticeship”
  • To build brand awareness

Solution:

Working with JTL Training, the leading work-based learning training provider, Breadcrumb Media filmed a series of short interviews with young JTL Electrical and Plumbing apprentices across the country.

The film project was focussing on encouraging young people to be part of the bigger picture:

Be a part of the bigger picture… with a JTL apprenticeship

The Young people that contributed to the film shared their experience of their apprenticeship, and how it has benefited them to help inspire other young people to take on a similar apprenticeship route.

A campaign landing page was produced containing further information and videos also produced by Breadcrumb Media.
