#12TipsforChristmasCampaigns
Now that you’ve set your budget for your Christmas Campaign, it’s time to think carefully about your timelines to launch, particularly as we only have 73 days to go until Christmas Day! 🎅🏻 🎄
One of our #12TipsforChristmasCampaigns is to work backward. What is the last date that you can take orders, or realistically sell your service?
Many businesses close down early over Christmas, so if you are targeting people at work, your cut-off date needs to be well ahead of that last day in the office (which often coincides with the end of school term). For 2021, if you are targeting businesses, this last date could be as early as 17th Dec.
If you’re marketing to consumers then you will have a little more time on that, but make sure that you factor in delivery time. This year shortages with transport might mean that you need to add a little extra time on your delivery too.
Now that you have your last marketing date you can work backward. To help you plan, we have created a guide to the minimum lead times you should allow for your Christmas campaign to be created and delivered by your agency. See below 👇🏼

Our next #12TipsforChristmasCampaigns will cover planning your campaign.
